Fixes to build systems

So after reinstalling my OS I discovered that es-flow wasn't quite as system-independent as I thought. Sigh.

So this release adds:

• Recommended process for building and linking against googletest as an external dependency
• Improvements to FindMKL thanks to pytorch project
• Updated installation documentation and README
