I think Claude 3.7 is still the best, Xai is free and fast(my current default), definitely try this out as well |

Claude 3.7 is my daily driver and I personally find Claude 3.5 better than any of OpenAI's offerings when it comes to coding. In a professional context though, Anthropic is soooo expensive. For a technical event I'm running at work, switching to OpenAI has saved us tens of thousands of dollars. DeepSeek has been great too. Price point versus quality of output is unmatched. |

I tried Claude Code with claude 3.7, took me 5$ for one session, but the workflow and interactions they provided is really great. Yeah, at work, I use CodeCompanion with Copilot... Which is provided by the company. |

Yes, the Claude API is way too expensive! I'm currently using CodeCompanion with the Copilot adapter, which is also great, but I'll probably look into DeepSeek. |

Wow! I spent about $3 on Claude's Computer Use and was shocked at how expensive it was to essentially click a few buttons on a webpage. Ironically, I managed to get Claude 3-5 for probably $0.05 generate a Selenium script which could do the exact same thing. It's fun being in the early days of such awesome technology. |

I recently added support for Novita. I'm on an M1 MacBook (I'll be riding this thing till it dies!) and testing models locally wasn't as performant as I liked so hence the move to trying out Novita. I've been super impressed - enough to add native support for it.
