When I restart Neovim, start a chat, and press ?, I get the following error:

I’ve noticed that this error only occurs if I had previously enabled the server in MCPHub. However, if I start Neovim, open the chat, then launch MCPHub, and finally press ?, everything works fine.

1. Start nvim
2. Start MCPHub and toggle Neovim native server
3. Start CodeCompanionChat
4. Tap ?
   5. You should be able to see keybinds
5. Close nvim with :q
6. Start nvim
7. Start CodeCompanionChat
8. Tap ?
   10. Crash and empty keybinds window

Hi, mcphub.nvim v4 converts MCP resources to chat variables. Some mcphub variables' have new lines in their description.

When you press "?" variable description is also rendered. I think we should handle newlines in the description. I will open a PR for this soon and will fix it.

Edit: Not doing a PR because having new lines rendered removes the nice indentation and places variable in more than one line which is ugly. Instead updated mcphub to add desc without new lines
