Setting auto_tool_mode to enable auto_submit_success and auto_submit_errors

auto_tool_mode could also enable auto_submit_success and auto_submit_errors to achieve full automation mode, as users would expect it to behave like other IDEs/tools with agent mode. This is also especially useful for multi-step LLM reasoning and actions such as large refactoring tasks.

Alternatively, documentation about these two parameters should be added since it's not yet available, especially in the Automatic Tool Mode section, to inform users that these options exist.
