Do slash commands require additional settings ?

I just started using code-companion. Apologies if I am asking something obvious.

My slash command does not work for some reason.

It just looks like a regular text in the chat window

Should I install some specific providers to get a selection popup ?

I tried to change the providers for slash commands as well we completion Still see the same behavior

You need to trigger the completion with whatever you're using

I see, with your help I figured. My unique use case was that I do not use a completion plugin that codecompanion by default interacts with (blink.cmp or nvim-cmp. - as mentioned here ) .

So I needed to use <C-_> to "trigger native completions"

Is is possible to change the <C-_> mapping with this config override ?

I would set it to <C-n> . If I recall correctly that is the vim naive completion mapping

Yep just set it to whatever keymap you'd like. This is covered in the docs if you search "keymaps"
