how to add graphics files to Omnivore?

Greetings,

Is there a way to add graphics to Omnivore app (without using something like imgbb? I know I could do that -- but if I want the graphic to stay private in my Omnivore collection? )

I use Snagit quite a bit and it would be good to have a way to save the pictures into Omnivore
