responsiveness of LandingPage and navbar bug

make sure that the landing page is clearly conveying message on the landing page in different devices like mobile and web

on clicking the testimonials and then clicking mentor the switch of underline is not working

this is image on click of testimonial in navbar

this is image after clicking mentor it should have changed to mentor underline but is same as testimonial
