Argo CD as the OCM Default Application Lifecycle Management Addon

The current OCM implementation includes a native applifecycle/gitops addon. However, there is significantly more interest and momentum around solving GitOps integration via Argo CD. To align with this direction, we are archiving the existing native applifecycle addon in favor of the Argo CD-based approach.

Tasks:

• Update the clusteradm CLI tool to the Argo CD addon
• Update website
• Update ocm/solutions
• Archive legacy repos
