Not every CC in https://openedx.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/COMM/pages/3156344833/Core+Contributors+to+the+Open+edX+Project is marked as a CC in SF

Don't go through the 2U CCs, just the other ones, particular attention to non-coding CCs.

Note to self: @feanil gave me a table lookup of CCs ,and it seems like some people who aren't in that table aren't marked as CCs, but others who appear to be marked properly are not showing up in that table. Working this out in DMs.
