Can't accept this change right now, it looks like it's causing issues in CI.
It looks like token-less upload is no longer supported as of v4 of this action.
Error: Codecov token not found. Please provide Codecov token with -t flag.
Error: Codecov: Failed to properly create commit: The process '/home/runner/work/_actions/codecov/codecov-action/v4/dist/codecov' failed with exit code 1
We will need to modify the repo configuration and add a CODECOV token secret before we can upgrade to v4 of this action.
