[bug] copy and paste tags not working

I add a tag to a component in a library. I copy that component. I paste that component in a course. The tag does not come with the paste.

@jmakowski1123 I think the bug is other. When you copy and paste a component with tags, you need to refresh the page to see the tags button. I'll see if I can fix the bug to make the tag count appear when copying without refreshing
