On multiple places. As an example:
Infrastructures > [choose one] > top-right corner actions dropdown is named 'public~Actions' instead of a human-readable text

i18n in ai-ui-lib breaks the whole console's i18n.

One possible solution is to align with dynamic plugin i18n mechanism https://github.com/openshift/console/tree/master/dynamic-demo-plugin#i18n
