Include pre-selected critical signals in progress bar

Context
When an OpossumUI file is opened, the criticality bar shows the number of critical signals by category (high, medium). However, it only considers the signals that are not-preselected, as resolved signals (those that are attached to resources that have an attribution) are not considered.
For a user that tries to get an overview of critical signals that hides part of the signals the user is interested in.

Goal
The user should be able to easily find and view also pre-selected critical signals. This could be achieved by including these as a new category in the criticality bar.
