Currently, the quickstart_data.tar.gz package holds final (spliced) PodCast annotated data (i.e. Era0 data). It's stored in Azure Storage, but tricky to download especially for the general public. Let's relocate this zip to AWS S3 bucket -- maybe our ML sandbox
