Projects listed #770

I have reached lots of projects where they havent mentioned any issues and no hacktober fest label is available in those projects , I need some more clarity about the projects and what i have to do get a project My major question is about the issues I haven't seen lots of issues available in the project. Should I have to debug and mention the issue in the issues section, or are there any open issues they update for the contributors to get started with the open source? |

Check for Existing Issues: Even if there are no labeled issues, take some time to thoroughly review the repository. Look through the README file, documentation, and any open pull requests to understand the project's current state and needs. Explore the Codebase: Familiarize yourself with the codebase. By exploring the files and structure, you might identify areas for improvement or bugs that aren't documented yet. Creating Issues: If you find any bugs, inconsistencies, or areas that could use enhancement, you can definitely create new issues. Make sure to provide a clear description of the problem or suggestion, along with steps to reproduce any bugs, if applicable. I hope you find it useful |
