Estonian cadastre map hosted on new WMS

Hello,

The Estonian Land Board has moved cadastral maps to a new WMS, the metadata is at link:
https://metadata.geoportaal.ee/geonetwork/srv/eng/catalog.search#/metadata/902d2aae-3568-4947-9ccc-5c6880e81913

The one at https://kaart.maaamet.ee/wms/alus-geo? no longer contains any cadastral data as of Nov 2024.
Hence sources/europe/ee/EstoniaCadastre(Maaamet).geojson is now entirely blank.

Is this the cadastre version you know from the "old" server?

But I am unsure if this server is covered by the license addition

The envir.ee server declares it as CC-by 4.0.
