You're right, this is an issue for Indigo, as Indigo is in charge of building the mfe:*-indigo image. I'll address this issue ASAP by manually running the indigo CI, but we should keep this issue open until we find a more long-term fix.

Looking at the build history of tutor-mfe and tutor-indigo on Gitlab, I do not notice there to be an issue. There were some failing builds in indigo due to dependencies conflict issues but they have been fixed long since. I suspect this was a one-off case and we are good to close this issue. We are currently on tutor v19 and we have not seen any issues with missing images since this issue was filed. Feel free to re-open if any action is needed here. Thanks
