Added check on fields for PRV and SCP onboarding

Motivation and Context

In order to evaluate fields into the request of onboarding (in case of PRV and SCP), a new method has been added. This method invokes proxy infocamere-pdnd api and check if digitalAddress and description correspond to values into request
