[SELC-5690] fix: updated onboarding object with the attribute aggregator

• Updated onboarding object with the attribute aggregator
• Updated the api-doc in order to use this new attribute into Notification functions

Motivation and Context

In order to publish the aggregator's data on SC-Contracts queue, a new attribute has been added into onboarding object.

How Has This Been Tested?

I have deployed the feature branch in DEV. Then I have completed an onboarding for EA and checked the message published on SC-Ccontracts
