When this plugin (v2024.1.5) is enabled PHPStorm becomes almost unuseable, especially in 2024.1.2

The memory and processor usage of both VmmemWSL and PhpStorm are very high and the IDE freezes and hangs

Let me know if there is more specific information you need to debug
