The PHP 8.4 announcement page misses some deprecations

https://www.php.net/releases/8.4/en.php#deprecations_and_bc_breaks does not mention the fact that passing E_USER_ERROR to trigger_error is deprecated (see php/php-src#15308)

I haven't checked whether more deprecations were missing.

Side note, https://wiki.php.net/rfc/deprecations_php_8_4 is still marked as "Pending implementation" in the wiki, which means that https://wiki.php.net/rfc#php_84 does not list it in the section about PHP 8.4. This looks suspicious to me given that we are after the 8.4 release, and it did not help me find the RFC introducing the deprecation. It would be great to update its status.
