Would be cool to allow it to run like this node --require console-caller/register.

Sometimes when testing with ava, its difficult to run something before all tests.

@vjpr i think it's a good idea to see this implemented. i have to change how the tests works btw so i need some time to think how to do it. PRs are welcome!
