speech-dispatcher:
Installed: 0.9.1-2

Issue/Bug Description:
Audio cracking when speech-dispatcher spawns instances. Cracking is fixed by killing all instances of speech-dispatcher. Process names include sd_dummy, sd_espeak-ng, sd_generic. Known issue with speech-dispatcher (found several forums with similar issues on different distros).
Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Using an eGPU (razer core) with dual monitors, headphones and speakers plugged into each monitor. Switching audio output from monitor 1 to monitor 2 sometimes causes speech dispatcher to spawn.
