[Feature Request] API Key Labels

I'd like a way to label API keys.

🔍 Problem Statement

Currently, we maintain a spreadsheet to keep track of which API key is being used for what experiment/feature and which user it is associated with. In order to maintain the integrity of this tracking, we have to gate-keep API key creation instead of opening it up to our company.

💡 Proposed Solution

Add an editable label to each API key on the API Keys page.

📌 API Impact

No API impact, just metadata on the API keys.

🔄 Alternatives Considered

Maintaining a spreadsheet is cumbersome and error-prone to keep in sync with the actual API keys created by our organization members.
