Actions are associated with annotations (including interactive forms) or outlines (bookmarks).
- Open the properties dialog for any of the following items
- bookmark,
- page thumbnail,
- link,
- media clip,
- form field.

select trigger, for example "on Mouse Up",

select action "Show/Hide A Field".
