Scopes Tree: Lazy load child items #531

Since the scopes tree can become a huge pile and we currently fetch it eagerly at once, it would be nice to fetch children in a lazy loading mannor.

Criteria:

root items must always be fetched
child indicator with number of child items must be present
searching for children must work via search bar
when resetting the search term it would be nice to resume to the last expansion state
