Based on the changes between apologies v0.1.36 and v0.1.37 including PR #39, PR #40, and PR #41.
Changes:
I decided to remove support Python 3.7 because it's getting harder to support. I develop with Python 3.10, and I don't even have a system that has Python 3.7 available right now - I have to set up a Debian buster chroot to get anything older than 3.9. Plus, now that I'm properly running the GitHub Actions workflow on Windows, it's clear that the test suite doesn't work for Python 3.7. I'm not that interested in debugging whatever is going on there.
