prusa slicer software screen black

when trying to click prusa connect to connect to my printer or after slicing to send to printer the screen loads with prusa filament icon for couple seconds then i just see the pop up window as a black screen. i restarted computer, closed and opened slicer, logged out logged back in, turned on and off printer, and re added it to prusa connect and nothing is working.

Can you please retest this in PrusaSlicer 2.9.1-alpha1? There is good chance that the problem will be gone, although there are multiple possible causes. Thanks.

Which file type do I download to the flashdrive? I wroked with chat support from prusa to remove the hardware completely then only download the zip folder and run it from github. it still has the black screen issue.

I have similar issue but with prusa connect. prusa connect via browser works. but it doesnt work with prusa slicer 2.9.0 and also 2.9.1-alpha1. Just a black screen. everything else works fine.

MacOS 15.3.1 (24D70)
Printables tab works fine. Just PrusaConnect is black. I restarted printer, Mac, and PrusaSlicer a few times now. I did work fine with same OS and PrusaSlicer 2.9.0. But it suddenly appeard and dont work since then

As soon as i click on PrusaConnect I see the Prusa Logo for 1 second then its black.

No, it doesnt help. The logo shows up for less than a second, then its black again
