See: US Patents 5707724 “Fractal Tube Reinforcement”, US Patent 5928450 “Process of Making Fractal Tubes”, and US Patent No. 5474014 “Non-linear Tunnelhull Boat”. Daniel's patents are free to use, because they are expired and are all in the public domain.

The inventor is available for consultation on new construction, marine and aerospace technologies.

The fractal infill pattern could save weight, improve strength and reduce material.

I do not have experience in creating an infill pattern. But I imagine it would work by recursive algorithm, creating smaller and smaller circles that fill the remaining space. And then filling those circles with this hex pattern of circular packing. Down to a certain threshold. Anybody with infill experience want to comment?
