Description of the bug

STL will not open, given message "loading of a model has failed"

Project file & How to reproduce

Debian 12.9, Flatpak of Prusaslicer v2.9.0.

Uninstalled and removed user data, reinstalled several times, same issue.

Go through setup like I always do (same as I did on Windows 10 and 11), everything looks fine. Drag and drop of an STL file to open it produces the message "loading of a model has failed" with no further explanation provided.

Checklist of files included above

  • Project file
  • Screenshot

Version of PrusaSlicer

2.9.0, Linux Flatpak

Operating system

Debian 12.9

Printer model

Ender 3 V2 (although this is irrelevant)

Hello, please read https://help.prusa3d.com/article/install-prusaslicer_1903 I cannot access some files/directories. You are probably trying to drag and drop a file from a non standard location.
