This is a sizeable restructuring that introduces the ShaclVue component as the main entrypoint for the application. Several downstream components and composables and modules needed to be updated as a result.

It is a sizeable restructuring that introduces the
ShaclVuecomponent as the main entrypoint for the application. Several downstream components, composables and modules needed to be updated as a result.The PR does not yet achieve all goals and developments set out in #65. Rather is is an interim and parallel development, and both should see some sort of merge of functionality in future.
