Allow to upload only single file

Hi, It seems there is no such functionality or config to restrict the number of files to upload, but I think its regular requirement in upload scenario.

You could use an ordinary file upload form for that you know (:

But yes, I see the value in being able to limit the number to n, especially where n is greater than 1.
