Update Server inside Takserver

OTA update feature works by having plugin .apk files and a product.infz file (product.infz includes plugin icons and a product.inf file containing plugin information) in tak/webcontent/update folder.

After adding or changing the files to /update folder takserver has to be restarted to implement changes.

The atak device needs to have a configuration pointing to the takserver as a update server.
