PWDE: Portable Windows Development Environment.

Start being productive on Microsoft ® Windows ™ 7+ (i.e., with modern-enough PowerShell supported) ASAP without the hassle of installing individual "essential" (in my opinion) tools, e.g., Clojure/Leiningen/JVM8, Emacs/Vim, Evince/VLC, MinGW, and beyond.

TL;DR

Follow the Release Notes to "install" and use.

Everything will be put under a single top folder (e.g., "C:\PWDE") and be set up to be used on command line or mouse context menu.
