How do I add trackers in general?

I have a list of other trackers from TorrentTrackers, how do I add them to qbittorrent? I don't see any menu options or anything in the documentation to help me. Unless I'm missing it since the doc is very overwhelming for me. And I have searched here but all I see is about an individual torrent and not about an entire list of trackers not attached to any torrent.

Yes, I could paste random tracker sites into the files, but how would the sites have info of my torrents? Know what torrent I created?
