Allow the user to adjust the width of the outline panel in quarto visual editor

Description

I am trying out quarto visual editor (quarto version 1.8.1) in positron (version 2025.05.0; further info below) in a Windows 11 system. The quarto visual editor is great - a huge productivity booster.

It has a nice outline panel that shows headings. However, it does not seem possible to drag the right edge of the outline panel to make it wider or narrower. I assume this is determined by the quarto visual editor and not by the vscode-based positron environment in which I am using it.

It would be great if you could make it possible to adjust the width of the quarto visual editor outline panel by dragging the right edge. Many thanks.
