not 'libplugin-linux-aarch64.so'
An error is reported after the detailed log is added

There is also a small problem. I don't know if it's my configuration error or something. I tried to add JavaScript scripts in epub3, but they never got packaged correctly. I can only manually package them every time

Can you explain more ? Such report is way too short for us to really understand what you are talking about without make assumption. If you are encountering a problem with the Quarto CLI (e.g. during quarto render), please ask or report an issue in https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli

This is obviously a different question or issue. Please don't mix topics - this is really not helpful and makes it hard for us to answer correctly. One thread = One topic.

We have Discussion board in https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-cli repo just for that.

BTW, this repo is about the quarto VSCODE extension mainly - if you are reporting or asking for quarto binary, this is the other repo.
