How to publish a quarto book with a publisher

Description

I made a quarto book (html format) and now I want to publish to my university press as an online book. Is there a way to handle the book in only one file to give to the publisher? How can I approach this?

HTML is multi-files (it cannot be single file as it's a website).
PDF (via LaTeX) is single file.
Word is single file.

You will need to learn from your publisher what formats they prefer. Quarto supports the formats described in our docs.
