All the dependencies have been updated to the latest release including APT/YUM sources

• Support for auth param, allowing pre-generated public and private keys for JWT signing and validation, introduced in 0.13.0

mentioned by @portertech in sensu/sensu##1062, sensu has moved their
repositories to new locations.
