Water use of crop and total greenhouse system

I'm working on asses the use of the energy and water in the production of tomatoes in greenhouses systems in inland Washington State, USA.

I would like to get your help to find a list of variables/systems that could account for the water use of the main components (growing tomatoes, greenhouse, and HVAC).
