Generated images have two-line "3D" border

It seems to be issue with resize transform with System.Drawing. Could it be fixed by using lesser window then draw / copy original image to resulting surface?

The issue is with that how System.Drawing is resizes images with System.Drawing.Graphics.DrawImage() method. I wonder if transition to Magick.NET could solve this?
