Installing rabbitmq-server fails #4946

Same question as #4946. There were no changes to Erlang packages on Cloudsmith. There were to Launchpad after Erlang 25.0 was published: it now only provides Erlang 25 (this is how Launchpad works) and RabbitMQ Debian packages do not list 25 as supported. |

A new round of releases listed Erlang 25 as supported in Debian package metadata. I cannot reproduce any failures or dependency conflicts using these two sets of steps: #!/bin/sh
sudo apt-get install curl gnupg debian-keyring debian-archive-keyring apt-transport-https -y
## Team RabbitMQ's main signing key
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver "hkps://keys.openpgp.org" --recv-keys "0x0A9AF2115F4687BD29803A206B73A36E6026DFCA"

Hijacking existing 2-3 year old issues is not appreciated. Neither are one sentence long "problem statements". So a few "similar questions' were deleted. Please open a new discussion with all the relevant details or seek RabbitMQ help elsewhere. |

The installation script taken from https://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html#apt-packagecloud fails with:
I reproduced it on a fresh AWS t3.small instance with Ubuntu 20.04.
This came unexpected since I was able to install RabbitMQ 3.10.2 with Erlang 24.3.4 a few weeks ago.
The script taken from https://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html#apt-packagecloud is the following:
The expectation would be that the install script taken from https://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html#apt-packagecloud runs successfully.
