Does anyone know the license of the following logo image?

We will introduce RailsGirls on Japan with its logo file.

I know that we can use files under the https://github.com/railsgirls/railsgirls.github.io by CC-SA 3.0. But http://railsgirls.com/images/railsgirls-sq.png has not included by them.
