On-Screen Notes: add a sidebar panel for management

Lovely plugin! Though I must say editing via the chat is quite clunky. A sidebar panel for editing would be incredible.

Is this in reference to On-Screen Notes? If so, I don't plan on adding a sidebar panel sadly as it is too much work in swing that I don't want to do. I'll leave it open in case someone else gets the hankering to do it though.
