JSON::Fast is "missing" when trying to install this as an upstream dep, for instance [here](https://github.com/raku-community-modules/WWW/actions/runs/3553093108/jobs/5968411944#step:5:86) Looks like it has not been installed yet, although it supposedly does not fail when trying to `use` it. Some weird thing, anyway.
