[FEATURE] Up-slew (rise time) control present in WDSP 1.24 #441

In WDSP v1.24, a control for TXA up-slew was added. I think this might allow control over rise time for CW modes.

Can a control be added in Thetis to take advantage of this function? It should apply to at least CW and the signal generator.

More details can be found in WDSP v1.24 reference page 100.
