Preferentially favour IPv6 connectivity over IPv4 connectivity, and use the USB connection to discover the ethernet endpoint required. This system assumes a DHCP server is providing addresses to both the provisioning machine and the device being provisioned.
2710 uses a different mechanism to bootstrap a rpiboot-loaded image, where everything gets bundled into a bootfiles.bin, rather than a boot.img containing just Linux components.

'-s' causes img2simg to read its input in the SPARSE_READ_MODE_HOLE mode. SEEK_DATA / SEEK_HOLE are used to determine the location of any holes in the input file as these can be regarded as 'don't care' bytes rather than a run of 0s.
'oem led PWR 0' fails on 2W as there is only a single LED on the device.
This needs to be called after we've set up the fastboot and ID variables
