It should be possible to update the Node-RED flow without the need to tweak it again if you have changed some settings.

Ideas and requirements:

the flow should contains some reasonable defaults
the flow will try to read some user settings from a flow or global object

Settings that should be customizable:

periodic check interval
how many hours to consider a device as vanished
devices and entries to consider/skip
how to filter the devices (only battery-powered, all, only some classes, ...)
