Carta unable to populate file list for append region file command

On b1.2.3, loading fits works fine but loading regions gives a message: 'Error loading file list for directory'.
I tried both:
run-radiopadre -V blecher@tina.ru.ac.za:/vault2-tina/vault-tina-backup/vault-tina/blecher/SMC/1564951815/SMC1R04C12
run-radiopadre blecher@tina.ru.ac.za:/vault2-tina/vault-tina-backup/vault-tina/blecher/SMC/1564951815/SMC1R04C12

Ok it resolved itself through re-pip installing on local

You mean re-installing radiopadre?

I've seen puzzling failures with CARTA regions in other contexts. Made a region file that looked perfectly OK to me, but CARTA refused to load it for some reason (while happily loading region files from TRON). So if it happens to you, try to narrow down the bug, we should submit it to the CARTA team.

I meant radiopadre-client but I am having a similar issue now where CARTA refuses to load any region file and re-installing isn't solving it.
