Goals

Adding VTS Version Banner from the Main file that prints the Version number.
Add proper name to the Binary so that the Module for which the binary belongs to is referred by the name.
NULL handles should be checked properly.
Driving L1 and L2 thorugh RAFT environment and handling the test results.
